ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2020
EASTERN GYMNASTICS CLUB AGM WILL BE HELD:
MONDAY 24th August at 8:15pm
Due to the Victorian Stage 4 Restrictions, this meeting will take place online, via the Zoom platform. Please use THIS LINK to gain access on Monday 24th August.
As per the incorporation rules we are required to have 25 attendees at the AGM.
Given the current lockdown, this will be more challenging than normal and we need your support. If you are unable to attend, it would be incredibly helpful if you can instead return a signed ‘Proxy Form’ by 8.00pm Monday 17th Aug to secretary@easterngymnastics.com.au
The AGM is a great opportunity to understand how the club performed in 2019. We are also keen to have new members join our Committee to help guide Eastern Gymnastics Club into the future. Now more than ever we welcome new Committee members with any experience or interest but particularly in HR, Marketing and General Governance. There are several places available on the General Committee as well as the Executive Committee. If you wish to know in more detail anything about the AGM or the Committee, please do not hesitate to contact one of our current Committee Members or Alison.
